HOW TO JOIN

Here’s a walk through step-by-step, to make it easy, but also contact me on 0788 1915593 or penny@pianobath.co.uk if you have any issues. It should be very straightforward, but i’m really happy to talk you through. My tip would be to join on a desktop if you can.

  1. Click the green SIGN UP button in the block above and CREATE AN ACCOUNT (email and password), it takes just one minute.

  2. Select PIANOBATH MEMBERS, and complete 5 easy steps (takes 2 minutes), remembering in section 2. Payment to add postcode, plus your FREEMONTH code. (If you’ve created an Account, but can’t find the “Pianobath Members” for any reason, just come back to the membership page here and click on the SIGN UP button. It should work!)

  1. VOILA! You’re a Pianobath Member. Anytime you want to access the Members Area, ie the Pianobath Library, the wellbeing Posts, Resources, FAQ or view your account settings (easy one click unsubscribe, should you need!) just use the LOG IN button at the top of the Pianobath home page. I’ll be adding new material all the time, and will send no more than a fortnightly message about new Pianobaths or meditations I’ve added. PIANOBATH - A WORLD FIRST…

If you’ve never heard of a Pianobath before, that’s because it’s new on the scene. But what is it exactly? Pianobath is an immersive music experience, live or recorded. A soundbath, designed to promote a deep sense of peace and wellness, A completely passive form of yoga or sound meditation, if you like. Pianobath music combines minimalist piano and melisma singing, a “lyric-less” technique used 3,000 years ago in ceremonies for its hypnotic effect and healing power.

To enjoy an online Pianobath, Toning or Meditation, select any track from your Pianobath Library, from 6 minutes to 60 minutes, lie down, lounge in bed, whatever feels comfy. Create a nice atmosphere by lighting a candle or turning lighting down, turn your phone to silent. Listen on the best speakers or headphones to maximise the benefits, and you’re ready to go.

THE THREE ELEMENTS

To enjoy a Pianobath, choose the track you want and get comfy. Go on a journey, zone right out, drop into deep sleep, anything goes. Although it’s meant to be a passive experience, some people do slow movement or even work out to the Pianobath.

A Pianobath Meditation uses the same beautiful music with Penny’s soothing and very minimalist voice to guide you, whether you're in need of deep sleep, total relaxation or calming the mind, there's one for you.

Pianobath Toning, successfully used at the end of Penny’s live Pianobaths in Brighton, harnesses the therapeutic power of vocal "sounding". You can either listen passively (the music vibrations are intensely healing) or join in with the toning for added benefits. All is explained at the beginning of the Toning tracks
