A soundbath typically uses gongs or singing bowls, with most participants lying down. Composer-pianist-singer Penny had her own idea… to blend her minimalist piano with melisma vocals (a hypnotic style used 3,000 years ago in ceremonies) and a beautifully composed soundtrack. BOOK A PIANOBATH
PIANOBATH is open to all and held at the Shoreham Centre, a lovely space with low lighting, surround sound and 150 candles. It’s a beautiful, immersive concert… a soundbath of piano, vocals and subtle soundtrack. Choose a seat option, or if you lie downon a yoga mat PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT AND A BLANKET to keep warm. Tickets are £12 or £15. For more info and to book click below. PIANOBATH FOR WOMEN
Our PIANOBATH for Women is at composer Penny’s gorgeous beach house on Shoreham Beach, West Sussex (£20 - 4pm-6pm), max 6 ladies. We have yoga mats and blankets galore, but please bring your own to keep extra cosy if you wish. You’ll enjoy a full PIANOBATH and short break with lovely tea served, followed by a therapeutic PIANOBATH toning session. PIANOBATH FOR CHILDREN
age 6 years and upwards
Our PIANOBATH for Children is especially designed for children aged 6 and upwards (and their adult/s). It’s held at the Shoreham Centre, lasts 1 hour, but the actual Pianobath is 45 minutes. Penny has hand-picked pieces that are engaging, varied and calming. The hypnotic, beautiful sounds help kids relax, connect and wind down, giving them a great wellbeing experience that stays with them long after the Pianobath. There are also some fun, dramatic pieces, too. Penny found that even the liveliest children seem to get engrossed in a PIANOBATH, but if you’ve any questions or worries please do email or call..Tickets are £10 for a yoga mat space (fits 1 adult and 1 child) or £5 for a seat.
